HR Business Partner / HR Coordinator

Versatile and varied job spanning operational HR tasks and HR development projects

Headquartered from Aalborg we have 65+ employees in our three locations in Aalborg, Copenhagen and Austin (Texas, USA).

Your job:

You will experience an exciting mix of daily operational HR tasks and a number of HR development projects. With direct reference to our CFO you will be the Danish go to person when it comes to daily HR operations:

  • Drive recruiting processes from A to Z
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Responsible for contracts and HR legal templates
  • Responsible for Employee Handbook, Terms of Employment and Company Policies 
  • Responsible of HR master data 
  • Participate in the work environment organization (AMO) 
  • Assist managers in HR related matters 
    • Employee dialogues, Salary negotiations, Leave, Sick retention etc.

Also you will be a driving & maintaining HR processes and implementing relevant systems e.g. HR system, engagement measurement system, employee development dialogue systems and more

Your profile:

We expect you have a relevant educational background, minimum 5 years of experience with HR operations and implementation of HR processes and/or HR systems.

You master most of the disciplines in the HR field:

  • Recruiting
  • Onboarding 
  • Offboarding 
  • Employee dialogues (development, salary, disciplinary) 
  • Danish employment law, work environment, sick retention etc.

  • have a high drive 
  • are a team player 
  • are extroverted and enjoy the dialogue with managers across the organization

You speak and write English fluently.
