Field Marketing Manager, Americas
Be part of a dedicated global marketing team and drive MapsPeople marketing efforts in the Americas as our new Field Marketing Manager.
Your job:
Reporting to our General Manager of the Americas, with close alignment to our global marketing team and a dotted line reporting structure to the Head of Global Marketing, your primary job is to market our products by developing and executing regional campaigns, track performance data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plan events and trade shows, as well as maintaining CRM/Marketing automation databases.
You will be part of a well-functioning global marketing team currently counting six people with more being added in 2022. You will be representing Marketing in the US from our Austin office and will have an important role in making sure our campaign content and communication speak to the Americas.
Specifically, we want you to...
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships and consistent communications with the sales, SDR, and marketing leadership to drive marketing strategy and ensure leads move efficiently through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships and Partner Marketing teams to guide marketing efforts to both acquire new target partners as well as support their GTM efforts with MapsIndoors
- Contribute with a regional perspective to our marketing strategy to support achievement of revenue targets
- Implement regionally focused campaigns and activities helping build awareness, generate new leads, and shorten the sales cycle for key accounts. Campaigns will include on- and offline tactics and span the entire sales cycle, focused by vertical.
- Track campaign data and find ways to optimize and grow
- Research industry and customer challenges as input to our content and campaign plans
- Contribute to our overall content plan
- Assist sales in building convincing presentations and marketing collateral
- Coordinate events and tradeshows
- Ad hoc marketing and sales related support tasks
Your profile:
You probably hold a bachelor degree within business and/or marketing. You have experience from a similar role and can document at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
Required skills:
- Strong understanding of digital B2B marketing in the US market
- Experience with digital content creation
- Experience with building campaigns targeting the US market
- Experience working within the SaaS industry
- Experience working within an international and/or global organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired skill:
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Have a strong sense of urgency and are able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Have a high level of drive and self-motivation
- Have a creative, analytical, and structured approach to task solving as well as a proven attention to detail
- Are team-oriented and have a humble and empathetic approach
