Senior Partner Sales Manager

As the market for indoor mapping and navigation matures, we are experiencing a growing demand for our MapsIndoors product built with Google Maps. To capture market share and grow revenues, we are now looking for a dedicated Senior Partner Sales Manager with extensive in-direct partner/channel experience from the US market to join our ambitious team in Austin.

Your job:

As Senior Partner Sales Manager you will lead MapsIndoors sales activities through selected channel partners. There are already a number of industry partners and larger clients in place with room for expansion, besides the primary objective of growing the partners base within, primarily, the Enterprise and Sports & Entertainment industry. You will be a key player in our sales organization, and we want you to take part in both the sales activities and business development within the department to make good use of your knowledge of the strategic aspect of sales. You are also responsible for developing and executing the business plans and meetings, and exceeding revenue targets.   

You report directly to our VP Sales, Americas. You will attract, manage and grow partners to achieve targeted sales growth. 

Concrete tasks and responsibilities in the job:

  • Develop and execute the partner sales strategy 
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Build and drive partner sales activities
  • Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
  • Contribute to business development 
  • Execute outbound campaigns and activities
  • Pipeline and forecasting management through HubSpot
  • Develop partner portfolio 
  • Contribute to co-marketing campaigns
  • At all times remain updated with competition

Your profile:

You’re just the person we need, if you possess 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in the software/technology industry, preferably in SaaS. Experience working within the enterprise industry is a definite plus. You thrive in a changeable and fast moving business environment, and can work independently. Your educational background can vary. In addition, you ...:

  • Document a strong sales track record
  • Have experience engaging and influencing senior executives and strong familiarity with decision making processes in enterprise customers
  • Have experience working with partners through account management, product management, program management and business development engagements
  • Have demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams including direct and channel marketing, solution architect teams and product management
  • Have a strong business acumen
  • Communicate excellently in English, both in speech and in writing
  • Ready to travel 20% on average when needed
