Partner Marketing Manager

Your job:

Our global marketing team is focused on growing our presence in the Indoor Navigation market. We are working strategically with a content strategy and drive extensive lead generating activities on various channels. 

We are seeking to add a Partner Marketing Manager to our global marketing team to engage with our partners in marketing activities.

As Partner Marketing Manager you will proactively support our channel strategy by developing and executing marketing activities and campaigns with both our sales team and directly together with our partners globally. 

We need someone to take the lead in creating new ways to engage our partners in marketing activities. You are in a key role to take the channel marketing activities to the next level.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Understand the partner’s objectives to create cohesive co-marketing plans
  • Plan and deliver co-marketing campaigns in conjunction with our partners to drive awareness, education and selection of our joint proposition
  • Define and execute Channel Marketing programmes and strategies in close collaboration with our sales and channel managers. You will have great influence on building the framework for the marketing related collaboration with our partners.
  • Keep promotional materials and partner sales collateral updated by coordinating requirements with our creative lead and our content writers.
  • Measure program results and report on the progress of overall program including best practices, recommendations and necessary adjustments
  • Monitor and report on event activity, lead flow, opportunities and closed business
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing and channel sales to align partner marketing campaigns
  • Deliver account-based marketing programs to our partners’ customer base
  • Support the acquisition of new partners by collaborating on the design of marketing and communications programs
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to drive sales enablement initiatives

The position is based out of our office in either Aalborg or Copenhagen, Denmark, and you will report to our Head of Global Marketing.

Your profile:

Your empathetic approach makes you a people person by heart, and you are a true master of collaboration and coordination. You manage to balance competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with different tasks, and attention to detail comes natural to you. 

You probably hold a bachelor or master degree in marketing/sales/communications. You have experience from a similar role with at least 5 years of relevant partner and channel marketing experience within IT and/or Software. SaaS experience is an advantage. 

Required skills:

  • Experience with the US market
  • You have extensive experience working in partner marketing, ideally within a B2B tech environment
  • Experience working within an international and/or global organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Danish is not a requirement
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with remote teams
  • You have a creative mind with the ability to turn complex topics into simple and impactful messages
  • You are commercially astute with strong quantitative and analytical skills. You relish digging into data to understand performance and identify optimization and growth opportunities
