Insights on MapsPeople recruiting process

If you are invited to interview at MapsPeople, you can expect a three stage process like this:

First interview focuses on your motivation for a job change, your competencies in terms of technical skills and tools and personality testing. Also, you will be given your first introduction to MapsPeople. Typically, you will meet the MapsPeople Talent Attraction & HR Manager in this interview.

Second interview is a more in-depth assessment of your technical skills and also a deeper discussion of your expectations for a job at MapsPeople. Here you will typically meet your direct manager and a peer colleague.

If you are invited to the third interview, we will ask you to submit two or three relevant references who we can talk to.

Third and final interview deals with contract negotiations and other relevant issues.

A typical recruitment process takes 4-6 weeks altogether.
